Nate Derrick is a member of the portfolio management team at United Growth, where he is responsible for conducting quarterly fund valuations, quarterly reporting, asset appraisal, exit underwriting, and analyzing the performance and operations of United Growth’s assets and various investment vehicles. Additionally, he supports fundraising and investor relations efforts for United Growth’s private equity funds and joint venture offerings.

Before joining United Growth, Nate interned at Greensparc Inc. and Institutional Real Estate Inc. In addition to his internship experience, Nate is also a published author and researcher in academic and industry journals. His most recent research articles have been published in the Journal of Property Investment and Finance and the Journal of Institutional Investing in Infrastructure. Nate received a bachelor’s degree from Saint Mary’s College of California, majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Data Analytics.
