Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

United Growth refers to United Growth Asset Management and its affiliated entities (“United Growth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 1000 4th Street, Suite 290, San Rafael, CA 94901. This policy applies to unitedgrowth.com (the “Site”).

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit an inquiry through our investor interest form, email us, or call us, we collect the information you choose to give us, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, firm or organization, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our analytics provider may record your IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and time spent on the Site.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through this Site, and we ask that you not send financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or similar sensitive details by email or through the forms on this Site.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

• Essential. Required for the Site to function. These are always active.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. IP addresses are anonymized.

You can opt out of analytics at any time. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings, and Google offers a Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. Third-party services

The Site relies on the following third-party services, which may receive your IP address and technical information about your visit in order to deliver their functionality:

• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website analytics, only after you consent.
• Google Fonts (Google LLC) — serves the typefaces used on the Site.
• Juniper Square — hosts our investor interest form and investor portal. Information you submit through that form is processed by Juniper Square on our behalf and is subject to their privacy practices as well as this policy.
• Esri and OpenStreetMap — supply the satellite and street map imagery on our portfolio map.

These providers act as independent controllers or as our service providers depending on the service. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

5. How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about our firm, funds, properties, or leasing opportunities.
• To evaluate and administer prospective and existing investor relationships, including investor qualification and verification where required by securities laws.
• To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site.
• To comply with legal, regulatory, tax, audit, and recordkeeping obligations.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information to: service providers who perform functions on our behalf (such as our investor management, email, and hosting providers); our professional advisors (legal, accounting, audit); affiliates within United Growth; and governmental or regulatory authorities where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described above, including to maintain investor and prospect records and to satisfy legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping requirements, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

8. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your privacy rights (California)

California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; to request access to or a copy of that information; to request correction or deletion; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (as noted above, we do not sell or share it); to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will verify your request as required by law before responding, and we will not discriminate against you for making one.

10. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for business and investment professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

11. Other important notes

Do Not Track. Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because no common standard for responding to these signals has been adopted, the Site does not currently respond to them; the opt-out options described in Section 3 give you direct control over analytics instead.

Third-party links. The Site links to third-party sites, including our investor portal and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.

Not an offer. This Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Any securities offering is made only to accredited investors pursuant to definitive offering documents.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
