Nate Derrick is a member of the asset and portfolio management teams and is responsible for conducting quarterly fund valuations, quarterly reporting, asset appraisal, and lease analyses. He also supports fundraising and investor relations efforts. 

Before joining United Growth, Nate interned at Greensparc Inc., and Institutional Real Estate Inc. In addition to his internship experience, Nate also is a published author and researcher in academic and industry journals. 

His most recent research articles are published in the Journal of Property Investment and Finance, and the Journal of Institutional Investing in Infrastructure. Nate received a bachelor’s degree from Saint Mary’s College of California, majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Data Analytics.
