Jake serves as a Development Manager with a focus on managing day-to-day project lifecycle. During his 15-year career, he has been involved commercial and residential real estate, residential construction, and property management. He has significant development experience, including market rate and affordable multifamily acquisitions and entitlements, portfolio property management, association management, and hands on construction experience.

Jake graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Policy, Planning, & Development with an emphasis in Urban Planning and Development and is a licensed real estate broker. During his spare time, he enjoys time with his family and maintains an active outdoor lifestyle with hobbies that include hiking, golf, skiing, and saltwater fishing.
