Nate Derrick is an associate on the portfolio management and investor relations teams at United Growth, where he is responsible for valuations, fund performance, investor reporting, and the operations of United Growth’s investment vehicles. Additionally, he manages closings for United Growth’s dispositions and supports fundraising and investor relations efforts for its private equity funds and joint venture offerings.

Before joining United Growth, Nate interned at Greensparc Inc. and Institutional Real Estate Inc. Beyond his internship experience, he has published research in academic and industry journals. His most recent research articles have appeared in the Journal of Property Investment & Finance and the Journal of Institutional Investing in Infrastructure. Nate earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Data Analytics from Saint Mary’s College of California.
