Chris, Managing Director, is head of joint venture partnerships for United Growth and a member of the Investment Committee and the Advisory Board.

With thirty-one years of experience, Chris is responsible for developing assets held in joint ventures and the transaction strategies of the Fund. Chris is a managing partner of CP Partners, a CRE investment brokerage company. His experience encompasses transacting $4 billion involving 800 retail property investments, raising capital, investor services, institutional portfolio transactions, identifying best‑of‑breed retail developers for develop‑to‑core property, and structuring forward commitments.

Chris holds a B.A. from the University of Vermont. He is active with the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).
