Matt heads up the leasing and transactions group for United Growth. Matt is intimately involved in the collaboration of all aspects of development for United Growth, from site acquisition to project completion, including but not limited to financial feasibility, design, construction and tenant coordination. Matt also supervises the property management activities for United Growth.

Matt began his real estate career at the San Francisco regional office of Starbucks Corporation in November of 2000, as a real estate representative for Northern California. In November of 2003, Matt joined United Growth to oversee the company’s national leasing efforts, including all letter of intent and lease negotiations.

Matt is a licensed real estate sales person, and an active member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers). Matt has a certificate in Landscape Horticulture from Merritt College, and is a landscape consultant and avid gardener. Matt also enjoys cycling and participates in the AIDS/Lifecycle each year, a charity fundraising bicycle ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles, benefitting the San Francisco AIDS Foundation.
