Danny Reddin

Director

Danny is a Director of Acquisitions for United Growth, focused on sourcing value-add investment opportunities for the fund. Danny has over thirteen years of real estate experience, the majority of which has been focused on retail real estate. Before joining United Growth, Danny was a Vice President at AlixPartners in Dallas, Texas. While at AlixPartners, he was responsible for building the company’s MarketPlace Transformation business line, which focused on streamlining corporate real estate portfolios. He was the lead analyst for the JC Penney real estate restructuring during their Chapter 11 bankruptcy, resulting in a 160-property portfolio sale to Simon Property Group and Brookfield Asset Management and a restructuring of JC Penney’s leasehold interests. He also worked in corporate restructurings for several billion-dollar firms in their cash management and contingency planning workstreams.

Prior to AlixPartners, Danny was a Vice President at EB Arrow in Dallas, Texas, focused on asset management of a 2.83 million square foot real estate portfolio of distressed regional malls and redevelopments across the United States. Before EB Arrow, Danny was an Acquisitions Associate at Merlone Geier Partners in San Francisco, California and part of a team responsible for over $680 million in closings. He also has investment sales brokerage experience at HFF in San Francisco, California and CBRE in Norfolk, Virginia, representing an additional $1.5 billion in closings.

Danny holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and a Masters in Real Estate Development + Design from UC Berkeley.
