Since 1986, United Growth has invested in the shopping centers people use every week — the grocery, pharmacy, fitness, and everyday services that anchor a neighborhood. We launched our fund series in 2015 to give individual investors access to that same strategy.

We focus on the smaller, privately held centers that larger institutions overlook. Because everyday needs don’t go out of style, these properties tend to produce steady income through changing markets — and because most are owned by individuals and families rather than institutions, we are often able to buy them directly, without an auction.

What sets us apart is that we do the work ourselves. Sourcing, leasing, development, and property management all sit under one roof, so we can move quickly and add value hands-on rather than waiting on third parties.
