Ken is a member of United Growth’s development department which manages entitlements and construction.  He began his career in land use and title law in Boston and Connecticut.  Before joining United Growth, Ken was the Development Associate at ROEM Corporation, a ground-up multifamily developer in Santa Clara. While there, he supported the acquisitions, development, and construction teams to initiate and complete projects across California.  Projects ranged in size from 40 to 230+ units, often with a retail component.

Ken studied at Cornell University and Boston College Law School.  He holds a California Real Estate Salesperson license and is a licensed attorney in Massachusetts. He is an active member of the ULI (Urban Land Institute) and plays tennis in his spare time.
