Ian is a member of the development and asset management teams where he is responsible for helping guide projects all the way through the construction process, starting at due diligence and ending with the completion of construction. Ian ensures that critical project dates are hit by coordinating with Municipalities, general contractors, project managers, and architects. He also works alongside the asset management team where he assists with capital improvements and property management.

Prior to joining United Growth Ian interned at Encore Capital Management and La Jolla Management in San Diego where he was able to gain experience in both commercial and residential real estate. Ian graduated from the University of San Diego where he received his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Finance and was a member of the Burnham Moores Real Estate Society. He was also a record-setting member of USD’s cross country and track programs where he ran as a varsity athlete.
