Zeden has been involved in the construction management of tenant improvement buildouts for quick-service restauraunts for over 15 years for corporate chains such as Togo's, Baskin Robbins, and Starbucks. He has served as a tenant representative for various projects throughout Northern California. Prior, Zeden pursued his architect license and was the President of Zephyr Arch, Inc. where he worked with numerous small businesses and full service restaurants serving as the project manager.

Repeat corporate clients that Zeden has worked with include Red Manago and Sports Clips. He has also worked on a few large warehouse retrofits for wholesale food supplies, such as Raison D'Etre Bakery.

Zeden holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California at Berkeley and later received his certification in Construction Management from San Jose State University. He is an Associate member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
