Elizabeth Puccinelli has over 25 years of experience in development, acquisitions, corporate real estate, leasing and asset management. Her experience includes retail, large mixed-use projects, office and housing. She has worked extensively in California as well as nationally.
Prior to joining United Growth, Elizabeth oversaw the retail development in Silicon Valley for The Irvine Company, including a 120,000 square foot center anchored by Whole Foods and 120,000 square feet of mixed-use retail located in three different apartment developments in San Jose and Santa Clara. Each of properties were part of a large mixed-use plan. She also oversaw expansion for movie theaters, large-format health clubs and restaurants for a successful privately held company across 13 states, totaling over $500,000 million in development. As part of the executive team she was involved in the sale of the movie theater chain to Cinemark. Additionally, she worked on development projects for Catellus and was an economic consultant for many cities and developers across the country.
Elizabeth holds a degree in Political Economy from UC Berkeley as well as a MBA from the Haas School of Business. She has been an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Urban Land Institute (ULI).
